1st floor - living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, 2 bedrooms as well as a breezway bedroom with two twin beds (Must go thru bedroom to get to 5th Bedroom which has two bunk beds that have a twin bed on top with a full bed on the bottom.
2nd floor - master bedroom, large junior bedroom, with 2 queen beds and a full bathroom.
Six (6) Beach Badges are provided by the homeowner, for tenant use, as a courtesy. However, they are not guaranteed. Tenant(s) will be responsible for the replacement cost of any missing or lost badges.
No smoking, and no pets permitted. Both bathrooms have been updated.
