This is a single family home located on the ocean side-Just 6 homes from the beach. 3 window air conditioners and ceiling fans to keep the house cool. Two living areas and a large deck with gas grill for barbecues. Beach badges are provided as a courtesy by the owner. No Smoking Permitted. Owner may consider small pet (dog) but prior owner approval must be made before renting. There is a $800 Pet Fee, $150 of which is a non-refundable Pet Fee.
