2nd floor - master bedroom, large junior bedroom, with 2 queen beds and a full bathroom.
Four (4) Beach Badges are provided by the homeowner, for tenant use, as a courtesy. However, they are not guaranteed. Tenant(s) will be responsible for the replacement cost of any missing or lost badges.
No smoking, and no pets permitted.
