There are also two (2) Living Rooms, and a Ping Pong/Pool Table Room for all to spread out. Tenants are permitted to use the Bay Beach across the street for Jet Ski launching, Kayaking, or crabbing. No fires in Marble Fireplace. Gatherings over 20 people, without permission, forfeits deposit. Linens and towels are not provided. Cleaning Fee of $300.
