EXCLUSIVE USE OF 2nd LEVEL GAZEBO & 3RD FLOOR DECK. NO UMBRELLAS ON TOP DECKS AS THESE BECOME PROJECTILES IN WINDY CONDITIONS. TENANT SHALL NOT ALLOW ANYONE FOR ANY PURPOSE TO CLIMB ONTO ROOF OF GAZEBO OR TOP OF HOUSE FROM TOP DECK. VIOLATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE TERMINATION OF LEASE AND FORFEITURE OF RENT.
